Senators McSally (R-AZ) and Jones (D-AL) introduced companion legislation in the Senate.

Initial guidance on CMS telehealth reimbursements originally left out FQHCs and RHCs that use audio-only telehealth services to reach patients in communities lacking reliable internet.
